Mauricio de Sousa's characters for kids Ronaldinho Gaucho and Monica's Gang join a team of Health Champions!
From April 22 to 29, many countries from Canada to the tip of South America and throughout the Caribbean will be part of Vaccination Week in the Americas. The beneficiaries will be millions of children, young women, and seniors, mostly in remote areas.
Pan American Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) is launching three Public Service Announcements (PSAs) inviting people to participate in the campaign. The first one features an invitation by PAHO Director Dr. Mirta Roses, the second features Monica and her friends, and the third PSA features international soccer superstar Ronaldinho Gaucho - the new character created by Mauricio de Sousa.
